REFUNDS & RETURNS
We provide a 7-day (One Week) return time after you have received the product. An item can only be returned when it is not damaged and in the same packaging/condition it was sent in. You must have evidence of purchase in order to file a return, custom pieces are not eligible for returns. We do not pay for products getting shipping back to us, and are not responsible for it getting lost when returned. Email us via dripbyjjewelry@gmail.com in order to request return.
DEFECTED PRODUCTS/FAULTY
If the item is defected please notify us as soon as you receive it in order for us to fix the problem. When we are at fault we will offer you options to make right of the occurrence. DISCOUNTED PURCHASES
If you ordered the product during a sale, it is non-refundable. Any products purchased during a bogo or holiday sale CANNOT be returned.
